The natural alternative
Throughout history, essential oils have played a significant role in various cultures and industries in promoting health and wellness. They offer a natural substitute for modern medicine.

Essential oils contain a unique mixture of chemical compounds that are naturally produced by the plant. These oils are extracted from various parts of the plants such as the seeds, bark, stems, leaves, roots and flowers.

Both the human body and plants are living organisms. They share a similar body composition and are both made up of cells and DNA structures. They have highly developed immune systems, digestive processes and response to bacterial infection. Given plants are so similar to the human body, the interaction with the body will be a smooth and familiar process.

The body does not know what to do when we introduce unnatural substances to our body such as preservatives, chemicals, sugars and additives. The unnatural substances remain in our body and cannot be broken down properly. This is when we develop conditions such as allergies, sensitivities, bacterial and fungal infections.
The benefits of essential oils
Essential oil treatment can sooth emotions and addresses common stressors like anger, anxiety, depression, pms, insomnia and more.
What to expect during a session
During one of my treatments, I apply different essential oils to your back and the soles of your feet. This method targets different body systems based on your specific needs.

An individual with a current condition may initially need one session per week, transitioning to a proactive or maintenance strategy of around two sessions per month.
